The ideal candidate will excel in preparing authentic Pakistani breakfast dishes, maintaining exceptional food quality, and presenting dishes with a refined touch that meets the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

The chef will be responsible for crafting a variety of traditional Pakistani breakfast items, including multiple types of Chana (chickpeas) and classic Pakistani Salan (curries). Expertise in making different parathas such as Sada Paratha, Aloo Paratha, Mooli Paratha, and other regional variants is essential. Maintaining authentic flavors consistently, upholding high hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations are fundamental aspects of this role. The candidate must be able to handle the complete breakfast preparation independently and efficiently each morning.
