Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Carpenters and Steel Fixers to join our team in Qatar. These positions are crucial for ongoing projects in the Oil & Gas sector, requiring reliable individuals with hands-on experience. Successful candidates will be responsible for working on construction sites, focusing on precision, safety, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities for Carpenters

• Perform carpentry tasks including shuttering, formwork assembly, and installation of wooden structures.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately according to project specifications.
• Handle concrete formwork operations, including fixing and dismantling of shutters.
• Read and interpret basic drawings to execute site instructions effectively.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and HSE guidelines throughout the work process.

Key Responsibilities for Steel Fixers

• Cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel bars for structural components such as foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.
• Follow bar bending schedules and structural drawings accurately.
• Ensure proper rebar tying, spacing, alignment, and concrete cover are maintained.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and HSE regulations on site.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience working in Oil & Gas or industrial construction projects is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge related to carpentry or steel fixing depending on the position.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following safety practices at all times.
