Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering comprehensive training sessions to both new hires and existing housekeeping personnel. You will ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols while driving continuous improvement in operational standards. Responsibilities also include creating training materials, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintaining detailed records of training activities. Regular coaching and performance monitoring of staff will help promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the housekeeping department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in housekeeping operations or training, preferably within a facility management context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to design effective training programs tailored to various staff needs.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including patience and a positive attitude focused on team growth.
