GINCO Electro Mechanical Contracting Co. L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a professional with solid experience working on UAE projects, specializing in mechanical drafting related to drainage and water supply systems. Candidates currently based in Dubai who can join immediately are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drafts focusing on drainage and water supply systems according to project specifications.
• Coordinate wall systems and related components to ensure accurate and effective construction documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to finalize drawings and incorporate design modifications.
• Support project execution through precise and compliant drafting deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of demonstrated drafting experience on UAE-based projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of drainage and water supply system drafting.
• Strong understanding of wall coordination and associated systems in mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant drafting software and tools commonly used in electro-mechanical contracting.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, accurate drawings under tight deadlines.

Additional Details

Immediate availability is preferred to meet ongoing project demands. Candidates currently residing in Dubai will have an advantage during the selection process.
