Available Positions and Experience Requirements

The company is hiring for the following roles, each requiring six to eight years of experience along with an ITI certification:

• Chiller Plant Operator (Electrical & Electronics) – 6 years experience
• Laundry / Kitchen Technician – 6 years experience
• Senior Refrigeration Technician – 6 years experience
• Audio-Visual (AV) Technician – 6 years experience
• VRF Supervisor – 8 years experience
• VRF Technician – 6 years experience

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and supervision of their respective technical systems. This includes ensuring efficient functionality of chiller plants, refrigeration units, VRF systems, laundry and kitchen equipment, as well as handling AV systems with technical expertise and adherence to safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold an ITI certification relevant to their technical discipline. Proven experience in facility management environments with strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational capabilities is essential. Supervisory experience is particularly important for the VRF Supervisor role.
