We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to join a reputable company in Jeddah. This role requires a Saudi national with a strong background in overseeing MEP maintenance operations, ensuring system reliability and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently. Duties include supervising routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining fire alarm and safety systems to meet industry standards. The supervisor will also oversee task scheduling and prioritize work orders to minimize downtime while maintaining high safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Saudi national with 5 to 10 years of relevant maintenance supervisory experience in MEP
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with safety protocols and fire alarm system operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technicians
• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills to handle maintenance schedules efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of the English language
