Noon Minutes is urgently seeking reliable and motivated Bike Riders to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves delivering orders efficiently within a short radius while benefiting from a competitive salary package and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to deliver orders promptly within a 1–2 kilometer range from the distribution point. Riders are expected to meet a daily target of 25 orders, maintaining quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes working nine-hour shifts with possible overtime, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a basic monthly salary of SAR 2,000, with additional incentives of SAR 5 for every order delivered beyond the daily target. Employees receive one day off each week. Other benefits include free accommodation, transportation, a bike with fuel expenses covered, and internet access, providing comprehensive support for daily work requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama and the ability to transfer Iqama within two weeks.
• A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
