Job Overview

We are seeking two dedicated Recreation and Lifestyle Coordinators to join our team at a residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for organizing community activities and managing recreational facilities while delivering excellent service to residents. Preference will be given to Filipino applicants with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and overseeing various recreational and lifestyle programs tailored to residents’ needs. This includes coordinating sports events, community gatherings, and fitness initiatives. Additionally, managing the compound’s gym, swimming pool, and other recreational areas is a key part of the role. The coordinator will address residents’ inquiries and concerns with professionalism and ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed within the recreational facilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in residential compounds, hospitality, or recreational facility management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent customer service abilities and interpersonal skills to engage with residents effectively.
• Understanding of first aid and safety standards related to recreational areas is highly advantageous.
• Capability to organize, lead, and promote community activities that enhance residents’ lifestyle.
