Key Responsibilities

As the QA/HSE Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and monitoring of QHSE policies aligned with federal, provincial, and company regulations. Core duties include conducting risk assessments, performing audits, investigating incidents, and ensuring that health and safety protocols are rigorously followed across all locations. You will lead efforts to maintain a culture of continuous improvement in environmental practices, food safety, and employee health and safety awareness.

Additional tasks involve managing integrated audit programs for quality, health, safety, and environment standards, reporting audit outcomes in review meetings, and advising managers on workplace safety best practices. Coordinating with HR for the delivery of effective training programs to promote safety culture is also essential, alongside maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships concerning QHSE matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an HSE-related field
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desired
• Comprehensive knowledge of government regulations and industry policies related to health and safety
• Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in QHSE roles
• Strong competency in health, safety, and environmental management is mandatory, with quality assurance expertise considered a plus
• Priority given to Saudi nationals for this position
