Innovative Catering is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 2,500. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of practical experience in human resources and a good understanding of HR operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing daily HR activities and maintaining accurate employee documentation. Core duties include maintaining attendance records, processing payroll, and handling leave data. You will also support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Additional tasks involve managing visa processes such as renewals and medical examinations, addressing employee inquiries, preparing necessary HR reports, and collaborating with camp supervisors to align manpower needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience in HR and have a basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law alongside standard HR procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications is essential, as is strong communication and coordination capability to interact with various stakeholders.
