ARC Global Technical Services in the UAE is seeking experienced Procurement and Outsourcing Executives and Managers to join our dynamic team. These positions focus on manpower sourcing and recruitment agency coordination to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates across various skill levels. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in manpower procurement and vendor management within the manpower supply industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Procurement or Outsourcing Executive/Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end sourcing process. Your duties will include:

• Identifying and liaising with recruitment agencies and manpower providers to meet organizational manpower demands.
• Sourcing skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled candidates from diverse international recruitment markets.
• Negotiating recruitment costs, service agreements, and commercial terms to maximize cost efficiency.
• Comparing quotations and proposals to select the best manpower suppliers.
• Building and nurturing a reliable network of recruitment partners.
• Collaborating with internal HR teams to understand and fulfill workforce requirements and deployment timelines.
• Tracking candidate documentation, selection progress, and mobilization schedules to ensure timely deployment.
• Maintaining a balance between quality recruitment and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one year of experience in a manpower supply or recruitment agency environment.
• Proven ability in manpower sourcing and recruitment agency coordination.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with manpower procurement processes, recruitment cost management, and supplier contracts.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and meet urgent deadlines.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the UAE manpower industry.
