Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Arabic-speaking Branch Supervisor to lead our automotive service branch in the UAE. This role involves managing daily operations, overseeing both sales and technical teams, and ensuring top-notch service quality to meet customer expectations. The position offers a competitive salary starting from 4000 AED, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch. This includes coordinating the activities of Sales Advisors and Automotive Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. You will monitor sales targets and work closely with your team to meet or exceed them, while addressing customer concerns promptly. Additional duties involve managing inventory, staffing, equipment, and ensuring that all operational procedures and company standards are consistently upheld. Regular reporting of branch performance to higher management will also be part of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
• Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing sales and technical teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate staff effectively and manage branch operations.
• Excellent customer service and sales capabilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a responsible and target-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of automotive services and workshop operations.
