We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable to join a reputable organization based in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who have substantial experience in accounts payable processes, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, resolving discrepancies, liaising with vendors, and supporting month-end closing activities. Strong collaboration with other finance team members is essential to streamline operations and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possession of Inter CA or Inter ICWA qualification is essential.
• 7 to 8 years of proven accounting experience with at least 3 to 5 years working in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable practices and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
