The company is currently offering openings for Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager roles within various departments including Fresh Food, Supermarket, and Department Store segments. Candidates with a strong background in the retail sector, particularly in supermarkets or hypermarkets, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to lead store operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. The Store Manager will oversee overall store management, including staff supervision and business performance. Assistant Store Managers will support the management team in daily operations and ensure smooth running of their specific departments such as Fresh Food or Supermarket sections.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven retail experience in supermarkets or hypermarkets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience within GCC countries in a similar leadership capacity is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring operational efficiency.
