Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Taxi Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee the green taxi fleet in Riyadh. This role involves leading a team of drivers, planning their shifts including nights and weekends, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport operations within Saudi Arabia, specifically in managing taxi, limousine, ride-hailing, or fleet services.

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating driver schedules, maintaining adherence to Transportation General Authority (TGA) guidelines such as driver cards and operating permits, and monitoring vehicle equipment including meters and Naql tracking systems. Additionally, this role requires organizing regular vehicle maintenance, handling Fahas inspections, and managing replacement vehicles as needed. Addressing passenger complaints and incidents promptly and professionally will be an important part of the daily duties. The supervisor will also prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports covering trip activity, revenue, and electronic payments.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of three years’ experience supervising transport operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven leadership capabilities managing large teams of drivers in taxi, limousine, or ride-hailing services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TGA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage shift planning and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Excellent communication skills to handle passenger relations and incident reporting effectively.
