This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in bulk recruitment, particularly within the construction sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large volume of candidates efficiently to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both site-based and office roles. This includes coordinating mass hiring campaigns, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. They will work closely with various departments to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven recruitment experience in the construction industry, with emphasis on mass recruitment
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to communicate effectively within the multicultural environment
• Strong expertise in recruitment processes, documentation management, and onboarding procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting recruitment data
• Must be currently residing in Qatar and ready to join immediately
