Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Foreman to oversee electrical works within the firefighting industry in Qatar. This role involves managing the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm and firefighting electrical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and Qatar Civil Defence Department (QCDD) standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical activities related to firefighting safety systems. This includes overseeing the installation of fire alarm panels, detectors, sounders, manual call points, and associated cabling. You will also ensure seamless integration between fire alarm systems, firefighting pumps, and other related components. Reading and interpreting electrical and shop drawings will be essential to ensure accurate execution. Managing onsite manpower, materials, quality control, and enforcing safety protocols will form a crucial part of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in electrical work specifically associated with firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage site teams effectively.
• Familiarity with QCDD standards and local regulations.
• Previous work experience in Qatar is highly preferred.
• Qualified and experienced candidates only will be considered.
