Job Overview

POV Café is looking for a seasoned Purchasing and Procurement Specialist to join their team in Sharq, Kuwait City. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, and inventory control, particularly within the food and beverage or café industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement processes run smoothly. Managing purchase orders accurately and maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimize costs are key aspects of the role. Additionally, the specialist will oversee procurement documentation, invoicing, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in food and beverage or café operations
• Strong skills in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Proven expertise in handling purchase orders and procurement workflows
• Ability to effectively control costs and manage inventory optimization
• Familiarity with procurement documentation, invoicing, and compliance requirements
• Applicants must be Male Arab nationals
