Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer or Network Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess between 3 to 5 years of experience in network installation, configuration, and maintenance. This role requires hands-on expertise and a proven ability to troubleshoot and enhance network performance effectively. Candidates should currently reside in Riyadh and hold Indian or Pakistani nationality.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various network devices and infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable operations. Key tasks include:

• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining routers, switches, wireless access points, and cabling systems.
• Monitoring network health and resolving connectivity issues promptly.
• Conducting regular network maintenance, testing, and upgrades to optimize performance.
• Diagnosing hardware, software, and network-related problems and implementing effective fixes.
• Supporting LAN, WAN, and wireless network environments.
• Documenting configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting logs clearly.
• Collaborating with IT teams to maintain seamless network operations and providing on-site technical support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in networking or network technical support roles.
• Residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Indian or Pakistani nationality.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, network wiring, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and wireless networks.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ will be considered advantageous.
