Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Maker to join a reputable food and beverage client located in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing pizza dough and toppings, assembling pizzas, baking them to perfection, and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 1,700 plus an additional SAR 300 food allowance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and rolling pizza dough accurately according to recipe specifications.
• Arranging toppings evenly to maintain food quality and presentation.
• Baking pizzas using appropriate ovens and timing to achieve the desired flavor and texture.
• Following strict food safety and hygiene protocols within the kitchen.
• Keeping the kitchen area clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in pizza making or a similar culinary role.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong teamwork skills and a responsible work ethic.
• Willingness to work 10 hours daily with one day off per week.
• Applicants must be of Nepali, Bangladeshi, or Indian nationality.

Working Conditions and Benefits

This position requires a full-time commitment with a daily working schedule of 10 hours and one weekly day off. The offered salary is SAR 1,700 monthly, supplemented by a SAR 300 food allowance to support meal expenses. The role provides a supportive work environment dedicated to maintaining high standards of food preparation and cleanliness.
