Servico Facilities Management is urgently seeking experienced Camp Bosses for its accommodation and camp management team in Qatar. The company is hiring both male and female supervisors to oversee daily camp operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Camp Boss will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the camp and accommodation facilities. This includes supervising housekeeping, security, and support staff to maintain cleanliness and safety. Addressing the concerns and needs of camp residents promptly and efficiently is an important part of the role. Additionally, the Camp Boss will maintain operational documentation, including reports and records necessary for compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in camp management, facilities management, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Proven capability to supervise teams and handle daily operational tasks effectively.
• Experience in maintaining reports and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
• A valid Qatar ID or NOC is preferred.
