The ideal candidate will support daily accounting functions while gaining practical exposure to industry-specific financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounts department. Primary duties include processing invoices, receipts, and payment documents, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the role involves recording vehicle-related expenses, spare parts costs, and transportation expenditures, ensuring detailed and organized financial data entry on a daily basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for efficient data handling
• Familiarity with invoices, payment tracking, and general ledger entries
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and willingness to learn
• Preferably some experience within the UAE accounting environment, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
