Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Accountant to join a reputable organization located in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. This role requires a minimum of six years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), VAT, taxation, and financial reporting. The position offers a competitive salary ranging between AED 7,000 and AED 9,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including managing all AP and AR transactions, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations, preparing accurate tax returns, and generating timely financial reports. Attention to detail and adherence to accounting standards are essential to support the company’s financial operations efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum six years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Thorough knowledge of VAT requirements and taxation laws applicable in the UAE.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently based in Mumbai are highly preferred due to ease of relocation and onboarding. However, professionals from other locations with the right qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply.
