Key Responsibilities

The HR Operations Coordinator will take charge of various HR tasks that include recruitment processes to attract the right talent, managing onboarding programs for new hires, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role also involves handling payroll coordination, assisting with performance management initiatives, and fostering strong employee relations to support a positive working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Four to five years of practical experience in HR operations within the construction sector.
• Well-versed in UAE labour legislation and statutory compliance matters.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, HR management databases, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Excellent communication, organization, reporting, and interpersonal capabilities to work collaboratively in fast-paced settings.
