Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment for blue-collar, skilled, and technical positions. The company prefers candidates who are locally available and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end hiring process:

• Identify and screen potential candidates for various technical and skilled roles.
• Advertise job vacancies on online job portals, social media platforms, and WhatsApp groups to attract qualified applicants.
• Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate client interviews, trade tests, and final selection procedures.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and CV repository for ongoing recruitment needs.
• Handle important HR documentation, including visa transfer, No Objection Certificate (NOC), medical tests, Qatar ID, and work permit processes.
• Support onboarding and manpower mobilization activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Respond promptly to urgent manpower requirements and provide regular recruitment progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manpower or outsourcing companies in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Solid understanding of Qatar Labour Law and the procedures for visa and Qatar ID processing.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English languages.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, email correspondence, and major job portals.
• Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa and No Objection Certificate (NOC) is essential.
• Preference given to candidates available locally in Qatar.
• A Qatar driving license is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
