A reputable Interior Fit-Out company in Qatar, specializing in joinery and carpentry, is seeking skilled professionals to strengthen their team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in managing and supervising fit-out projects focused on quality craftsmanship and effective project delivery.

Available Positions

Currently, there are openings for the following roles:

• Projects Manager – Responsible for comprehensive project management, including planning, budgeting, and overseeing procurement and subcontractor activities to ensure timely and successful completion of fit-out projects.
• Site Engineers – Focused on supervising on-site joinery and carpentry activities, coordinating drawings, and maintaining strict quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Projects Manager:

• Develop detailed project plans and execution strategies.
• Manage budgeting processes and prepare BOQs.
• Coordinate procurement and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.

Site Engineers:

• Oversee site operations related to joinery and carpentry.
• Coordinate technical drawings with the team and clients.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualifications in construction, interior design, or engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrable experience in interior fit-out projects, particularly in joinery and carpentry.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders.
