Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Steel Fixers to join our team in Bahrain. This role requires hands-on experience in handling steel reinforcement for various structural construction projects. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of cutting, bending, positioning, and tying rebar to ensure the structural integrity of concrete work.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties include placing reinforcement steel bars accurately according to structural drawings and bar-bending schedules. The Steel Fixer will work on foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and other reinforced concrete structures. Familiarity with reinforced concrete swimming pool shells will be considered an advantage. Maintaining high quality workmanship while following on-site safety protocols is essential.

Required Skills

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in steel reinforcement and structural construction.
• Proficiency in cutting, bending, and tying reinforcement bars.
• Ability to read and interpret basic structural drawings and reinforcement layouts.
• Understanding of steel placement techniques for various concrete elements.
• Knowledge of safety standards and proper tool usage on construction sites.
