Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Commercial Associate to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience expanding FM businesses within the Saudi market and are eager to influence and grow the company’s presence. The position requires a deep understanding of both winning FM projects and structuring them commercially for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, asset owners, operators, consultants, and corporate clients. A key part of the role includes managing a structured sales pipeline and identifying relevant opportunities within government, semi-government, and private sectors.

Additional responsibilities include leading client meetings to grasp both technical and commercial needs, collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams to craft feasible FM solutions, and preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and contract offers. The associate will also support management in market analysis, lead tender submissions, and participate in negotiations and contract drafting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Bilingual candidates are preferred, reflecting the need to communicate effectively across diverse groups. Proven track record in securing FM contracts within Saudi Arabia is essential, coupled with strong commercial acumen and sales skills focused on service performance rather than simply workforce provision.

Preferred Experience
