Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Supervisor to oversee critical site operations including trenching, excavation, bedding, backfill, duct bank installation, concrete works, and cable marker placements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on civil site projects, particularly those related to Aramco or similar oil and gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will manage and monitor excavation activities, ensuring all work is carried out safely and according to project specifications. This includes manual excavation near existing utilities and coordinating the handing over of trenches for inspection. The role also involves verifying levels, depths, and dimensions against engineering drawings and following all required permit systems related to excavation.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of civil site supervision experience.
• Prior involvement in excavation and trench work on Aramco projects or comparable oil and gas environments is highly preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting construction plans and maintaining strict adherence to permit protocols.
• Strong safety awareness with relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA 30, or equivalent supervisory safety qualifications.
• Valid trade certifications and proven experience with Aramco project approvals when applicable.

Job Requirements

• Current valid Iqama or visa status with residency in Saudi Arabia.
• Ready availability to join assigned projects promptly.
• Clear indication of expected salary, whether fixed or hourly rate.
• First aid certification or similar emergency response training is advantageous.
