Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer / Mechanical Engineer with over two years of experience in sales to join our team in Dammam. This role focuses on expanding our customer base, promoting technical products, and driving sales growth through effective client engagement and follow-up. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and establish new customer relationships to grow business opportunities.
• Present and promote technical product offerings tailored to client needs.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for potential clients.
• Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary will be finalized after the face-to-face interview, expected between SAR 2500 and SAR 3500.
• Food allowance of SAR 300.
• Housing provided by the company or a housing allowance of SAR 300.
• Transportation either supplied by the employer or a monthly allowance of SAR 300.
• Overtime compensation ranging from SAR 500 to SAR 800, depending on department workload.
• Annual air ticket provided after completing 24 months with the company.
• Initial contract duration is 4 years.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Sales Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with a sales focus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients and promote technical products.
• Ability to prepare detailed quotations and manage sales follow-ups.
• Willingness and availability to attend interviews in person at our Dammam office.
