Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, particularly within industrial buildings or factory projects. This role involves hands-on site management, quality control, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities, including progress monitoring and quality inspections.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, project teams, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Travel between project sites as required to oversee operations and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience working on civil construction projects, particularly industrial or factory construction.
• Proficiency in site construction management, including coordination and progress control.
• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents accurately.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Valid driving license with the ability to travel between sites smoothly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a multicultural, multinational environment.

Additional Advantages

Familiarity with the Chinese language will be considered a beneficial asset but is not mandatory.

Work Environment

This position requires adaptability to onsite work conditions and project-based environments, ensuring direct involvement in all phases of construction activities.
