Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in turbine projects, particularly involving gas, steam, and auxiliary systems. Valid TUV certification is mandatory for roles where applicable, especially for crane operators and TIG welders. Candidates should demonstrate a strong technical background and the ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment.
