Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring journey. Familiarity with Bahrain Labor Law and local employment practices is essential to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates from multiple channels such as job portals and social networks, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews. Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and maintaining an updated candidate database are also critical duties. In addition, the recruiter will assist with onboarding procedures and prepare regular recruitment reports for management while ensuring all processes align with Bahrain’s labor regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Between 2 to 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within the Bahrain market.
  • Basic understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and employment standards.
  • Strong capabilities in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various online recruitment platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to join the team immediately.
