Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will contribute to the maintenance and troubleshooting of various telecom infrastructures including transmission networks, radio communication, and cabling systems. Key responsibilities involve ensuring reliable operation of SDH, PDH, and DWDM systems, managing metro Ethernet networks, supporting satellite and field telephone systems, and performing rigging tasks at telecom sites. Additionally, professionals will handle equipment such as AC/DC UPS, intruder detection, and telecom tower lighting systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Telecom Engineers: Minimum 10 years of telecom operation and maintenance experience with strong expertise in transmission and network system management.
• Telecom Technicians/Riggers: At least 5 years of practical experience involving O&M, troubleshooting, and rigging tasks in telecom projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of SDH/PDH/DWDM, metro Ethernet, fiber optic transmission, and radio communication systems including VHF, UHF, and TETRA.
• Experience with PTP and PMP broadband wireless access, antenna and feeder systems, and various telecom cabling hardware.

Project Scope

The roles cover a broad range of telecom technologies such as analog and IP hotline and field telephone systems, satellite telephone equipment, intruder detection systems, nurse call systems, weather monitoring, and entertainment systems. Candidates will also engage with telecom tower light systems (ACWL) and related infrastructure essential for optimal network performance.
