We are seeking a skilled and proactive Female Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment-related documentation efficiently.
• Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver suitable recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate communication between candidates and clients to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a recruitment agency or recruitment company environment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent skills in CV screening, candidate assessment, and interviewing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
• Good command of English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Must currently reside in Qatar with a transferable visa and possess a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Preferred Nationalities
