We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee mall leasing activities, manage retail shop operations, and ensure effective property management within Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over five years in the property management sector, particularly in retail leasing. This role requires strong communication and negotiation abilities, along with eligibility for sponsorship transfer.

Key Responsibilities

The Property Manager will be responsible for handling leasing arrangements and tenant relations in malls and retail outlets. Managing day-to-day operations of the properties to maximize occupancy and revenue, negotiating lease agreements, and coordinating maintenance and improvements are key aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mall leasing, retail shops, and property management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Eligibility for sponsorship transfer in Qatar.
