Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced and locally available candidates in Bahrain to join our team as Merchandiser and Cashier. This role offers a competitive salary package with flexible accommodation options, ideal for individuals ready to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product displays and stock organization to maximize sales.
• Assist customers at the point of sale with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and maintain payment records.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and priced correctly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a merchandiser and cashier is essential.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts reliably.
• Local candidates based in Bahrain are preferred.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Working Conditions

The salary offered ranges from 150 BD with accommodation included to 200 BD without accommodation. Candidates should be prepared for 12-hour working days, reflecting an intensive but rewarding schedule.
