Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. This role is open to male candidates of Pakistani or Indian nationality who possess strong accounting experience and are eager to contribute effectively to daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks, maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records, and assist in preparing detailed reports and reconciliations using Excel. Supporting the accounts team with general day-to-day functions will also be a vital part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting
• Proficient in Tally accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for reporting and financial analysis (rated 8/10 or higher)
• Fluency in Urdu, English, and Arabic
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Educational background: I.Com (minimum), with B.Com preferred
• Must hold a valid transferable Iqama

Compensation and Benefits

The salary starts at SAR 2,500 during a six-month probation period, increasing to SAR 3,000 post-probation. Additional benefits include accommodation provided within the company yard, a mobile allowance, and fuel support for operational movements.
