We are seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our women’s fashion retail team in Kuwait. This role offers a competitive monthly salary of KD 300 to 350 and is ideal for professionals with a passion for fashion and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales performance, and achieving defined sales targets. You will assist customers in selecting fashion items that suit their style and needs, while maintaining an inviting and organized store environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in women’s fashion retail
• Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English are highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sales KPIs and ability to meet targets consistently
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic retail setting

Additional Requirements

• Must have a transferable residency permit (Article 18 Ahli)
• Currently residing in Kuwait
