Key Responsibilities

As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for promoting products and services via phone, engaging customers with effective communication, and meeting sales targets. Retail sales promoters will represent banking products directly to customers, providing excellent service and driving sales within the store environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates only for telesales positions
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Minimum six months validity on UAE visa, Emirates ID, and passport (for telesales)
• Good sales and customer service abilities
• For retail sales promoters, willingness to work across multiple Sharaf DG showroom locations
• Strictly no free zone visa holders for telesales roles

Benefits and Compensation

Telesales executives will receive a fixed salary of AED 3,500 plus performance-based incentives. Retail sales promoters will earn AED 3,800 along with additional incentives, reflecting their sales achievements.

Work Environment

Telesales executives will be based at Sharaf DG’s head office near GGICO Metro Station, ensuring easy accessibility. Retail sales promoters will work within Sharaf DG’s showrooms across key locations in the UAE, engaging directly with diverse customers in a vibrant retail setting.
