Job Overview

Bahathjobz is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer specializing in both structural and architectural disciplines for an exciting opportunity based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves hands-on site supervision for a variety of projects including villas, commercial buildings, and high-rise developments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background with a proven track record in managing complex construction activities and ensuring quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all structural and architectural construction processes at the site. Core duties include:

• Supervising the execution of construction works to ensure adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Monitoring project schedules, site inspections, and safety procedures to ensure timely and safe progress.
• Managing site operations for diverse projects such as villas, commercial complexes, and high-rise structures, ensuring quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with substantial experience in structural and architectural engineering.
• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience involving site supervision.
• Proven competence in handling construction for villas, commercial buildings, and high-rise developments.
• Valid Qatar UPDA/MMUP certification along with a valid Qatar ID (QID).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English to facilitate seamless communication among diverse project teams.
