Mark & Save is currently seeking experienced culinary professionals specializing in Indian, Arabic, and Chinese cuisines for multiple openings across Oman and Kuwait. Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with authentic cuisine standards, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, and contributing to smooth kitchen operations. Supervisory roles include overseeing food preparation and staff management to ensure efficiency and consistency in service.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience in a restaurant setting
• Hands-on expertise in the relevant cuisine specialty
• Previous experience in GCC countries is highly preferred
