Job Overview

Peaksy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our Family Entertainment Center (FEC) located at Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This full-time position requires a hands-on leader dedicated to enhancing visitor experiences, driving revenue growth, and overseeing event management while ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the Family Entertainment Center by:

• Ensuring efficient, safe, and seamless daily operations of the FEC.
• Driving business expansion through increased customer footfall and revenue growth.
• Organizing and managing events, parties, and group bookings to maximize engagement and profitability.
• Leading, motivating, and supervising the FEC team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Consistently delivering outstanding guest satisfaction experiences.
• Monitoring key performance indicators, controlling operational costs, and preparing detailed reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing operations within Family Entertainment Centers, amusement parks, or theme parks.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing sales and boosting customer traffic.
• Strong leadership abilities paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of UAE safety standards and operational regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM or booking systems is a plus.
• A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fluent English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
