Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas EPC industry to lead our Procurement Department in Qatar. This permanent position plays a critical role in driving procurement strategies, managing supplier relations, and ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery of materials and equipment for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee daily procurement operations, develop and implement procurement policies aligned with project goals, and lead supplier selection and negotiations. Managing contracts, purchase orders, and procurement budgets effectively are essential parts of this role. Collaborating closely with project management, engineering, construction, and other teams is vital to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• 18 to 20+ years of professional experience in procurement management.
• Extensive expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration within the Oil & Gas EPC sector.
• Proven ability to lead and manage an entire procurement department successfully.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of building and maintaining supplier and vendor relationships.
• Excellent budget management and cost control abilities.
