Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with expertise in sandwich panel construction to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to candidates of any nationality who have a solid background in architectural drafting, particularly within sandwich panel systems and related structural designs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, panel layouts, and construction details. Duties also include designing flashing, trims, doors, and windows, as well as taking precise site measurements and producing accurate as-built drawings. Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings and construction specifications will be essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 3 years minimum experience in architectural drafting focused on sandwich panels, prefabricated buildings, or steel structures.
• In-depth knowledge of sandwich panel wall and roof systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings.
• Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings and construction specifications accurately.
• Experience with site measurements and creating as-built documentation.
• Preferred familiarity with EPS, PU, PIR insulated panels, cold rooms, warehouses, prefabricated buildings, and architectural cladding.
• Additional skills in Revit or SketchUp are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to meet project deadlines consistently.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in fabrication and shop drawings related to insulated panels and sandwich panel systems will have an edge. Exposure to architectural cladding and cold room design is also beneficial.
