Job Overview

Global Food Industries LLC is seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader to oversee and ensure the successful execution of our production plans. This role involves managing resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality production standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within our frozen food manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets with optimal resource allocation.
• Organize and lead production manpower to maximize productivity while using resources effectively.
• Control raw material consumption to minimize waste throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and 5S methodologies.
• Monitor production parameters to maintain processes within established limits.
• Oversee yield control and line efficiency to promote continuous improvement in OEE.
• Manage accurate shop-floor data entry and digital reporting systems.
• Facilitate clear communication within production teams in English and Hindi/Urdu for seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or background in Food Technology is essential.
• At least 1 year of experience working in the frozen food industry or related manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide production teams effectively.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards applicable to food production.
• Proficient in monitoring production systems and maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with additional fluency in Hindi/Urdu preferred.
