Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Digital Applications Administrator to join their Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing and supporting applications deployed on RedHat OpenShift platforms, ensuring optimal system performance and security. This role requires an individual with hands-on experience in various integration and monitoring technologies, working within a dynamic DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Applications Administrator will be responsible for the smooth operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and infrastructure. Core duties include managing deployments, configuration changes, incident resolution, and performance tuning across multiple integration channels. The role also involves maintaining high availability systems and supporting disaster recovery environments to guarantee business continuity.

Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), security policies, and audit requirements is paramount. The administrator will handle patching and hardening of operating systems and applications, as well as supporting various tools and platforms related to API management, messaging, and container orchestration.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts for container orchestration and application deployment.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitLab for pipeline management.
• Strong knowledge of IBM technologies, including IBM ACE, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, and IBM DataPower for integration and API security.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and the ELK stack.
• Expertise in RedHat Linux administration, including shell scripting, OS patching, and hardening.
• Familiarity with API security policies, SSL/TLS configurations, and vulnerability scanning.
• Experience with CP4I and CP4D OpenShift platforms, managing operators, platform patching, storage integration, and identity access management.
• Knowledge of Redis clusters, persistence, failover mechanisms, and troubleshooting client connectivity.

Qualifications and Experience

The position requires 6 to 8 years of relevant industry experience supporting enterprise applications and middleware technologies. Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining strict compliance with security and operational standards. Immediate availability or the ability to join within two weeks to one month is preferred.
