Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst to join their operations in Qatar. This role offers a chance to work within a dynamic banking environment, focusing on financial institution products and cross-selling strategies to support business growth and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting initiatives related to onboarding, cross-sell activation, and process enhancements. Close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple banking products and functions will be essential to drive successful business transformations and optimize operating models.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within the banking sector, preferably in an international banking institution.
• Expertise in Financial Institutions, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Lending, Global Markets, business analysis, or transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience supporting multi-product banking environments and working on onboarding, cross-selling, operational models, or process improvements.
• Strong skills in business analysis, process mapping, and documentation of business requirements.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially GTB, Lending, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data effectively.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong reporting and presentation abilities combined with sound organizational and planning capabilities.

Work Environment and Joining Details

The role is based in Qatar and requires dedication to achieving results within a fast-paced financial setting. The expected joining timeframe is within two weeks, with a maximum extension of up to one month.
