A reputable company in the Food & Beverage industry based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead their production operations. This role demands a dedicated professional committed to enhancing production efficiency while maintaining high standards in quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and timely output.
• Supervise production teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement effective production plans aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure production targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Production Manager role, preferably within the food or confectionery industry.
• Proven expertise in managing production processes and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and rigorous food safety regulations.
• Effective problem-solving and operational efficiency improvement skills.
• Fluent in Arabic, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Age requirement: under 40 years old.
