Job Overview

Emirates Beton Ready Mix (EB) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Laboratory Engineer to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and technical integrity of ready-mix concrete operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting product performance through rigorous testing and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive testing of concrete and raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Developing and performing mix designs and trials to optimize concrete performance.
• Preparing detailed laboratory reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborating with project teams to provide technical advice and support.
• Ensuring laboratory equipment and procedures adhere to established standards and operational best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Practical experience within ready-mix concrete or construction materials testing laboratories.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology as well as national and international testing standards.
• Effective analytical skills combined with clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience working in the UAE or familiarity with local regulations is an advantage.
